Subject: Library closure
Dear Council Members:
The Sebastopol Library is a vital source for our community members. It is so much more than reading material. The computers are a lifeline (job hunting, housing, etc) for people without the means to have computers in their homes. It is a gathering place to run into friends and stop for a chat. It is a source of social service informaion. It is a meeting place for book clubs, sewing clubs, gaming groups.
It is untenable for this essential resource to be closed without an alternative location.
We need this resource!
Thank you,
Dena Bliss
