Subject: Mislabeled links for prior Cost Allocation Plans
Today, while attempting to better understand the way in which the city has misallocated Enterprise funds to the General Fund by way of using Cost Allocation Plans that have been identified as unreasonable. I found that the city's
website: https://www.cityofsebastopol.gov/cost-allocation-plan/ contains mislabeled links to these downloadable files. I would suggest that these labels be corrected and in the name of transparency, provide the Cost Allocation Plan for years prior to 2024-2025.
