Subject: Grocery Outlet Proposal
Dear City Council Members,
I would like you all to consider not allowing Grocery Outlet to open at the closed Rite Aid Storefront. It makes no sense to open yet another Food Market in our City. We have a Wholefoods, Safeway, Community Market ,Fircrest Market, Lucky Market, Andy’s Market, Bills Market and a weekly Farmers Market. Most of these Markets have Discounts. Grocery Outlet is just another Chain Store that really invite Low Income people to buy more ‘processed fake food. I believe putting yet another ‘Chain Store’ brings the Value of the Town down. The Charm of Main Street will be reduced.
Please consider another option for our Sweet Town.
