Dear City Council and Manager,
I'm writing to agree with Kate Haug's point that further analysis of Sebastopol's enterprise fund management by either external consultants or city staƯ will be irrelevant prior to implementation of time tracking for all city employees.
Implementation of time tracking should be council's highest priority at this juncture; it would demonstrate a good-faith eƯort by the council to address previous use of ratepayer-generated enterprise revenue as a cash cow for projects that should have been paid for by general fund expenditures.
