Hello,
I am writing because I have learned that there is a construction company...Mech23 Construction out of SF is operating on the destruction of the spire at the property WITHOUT a permit. They were shut down but today, 7/16 they are back at it again. I also understand that the property is still for sale, not in escrow so why is construction continuing? This seems illegal .
We, in the neighborhood, are feeling like this is an undercover/covert action that the council is being nefarious about.
