Noteworthy Information

1. We are continuing to work with the Miller Oil site to get the boats and cars removed.

One of the boats has been removed and PD is working to get any non-operational cars removed. The owner is co-operating with the city, and we are hoping to have it cleaned up soon.

2. Habitat project is working towards completion, looking at Mis July for completions with move-ins. Slated for late August or early September. There is federal money in the project so all federal paperwork must be completed before move-in.

3. Gravenstein Commons has all four buildings up and waterproof. Interiors are being completed in the next couple of weeks. Large amount of exterior work still remaining so looking at August/September time frame for completion.

4. Canopy project has four complete models and are slowly working on sales. Last weekend was very good as they sold six units, bringing the total to eight. The temporary sales trailer has been removed with sales moving into the garages of the four front models. Building two had their frame inspection today and will start insulation tomorrow and sheetrock next week. Building three is nearing completion and the whole building is sold with the bulk of the sales to date in building three. Foundations are poured on the next two buildings, but framing has not yet started,

5. Huntley Square on the west end of Bodega has all their unit foundations poured or will be poured next week. The hold-up on the project is PG$E and the re-location of their highpressure gas line at the front of the property.

6. We have been contacted by Representatives for Dollars Tree requesting process for permitting the old CVS store on the north end of town to create a new Dollar Tree store.

We answered their basic questions and based on that I would expect an actual application in the next few weeks. This is one of the sites in town where this use could be allowed by right. Meaning no Use Permit required just design review on the exterior if they make no major changes.
