City Management or Mismanagement.
Since we have been overcharged for these services for years with no state mandated evaluation of actual cost. Will there be an accounting and repayment for these over charges to ratepayers? Is the city still using these utility payments like a slush fund for other departments and payroll, while the infrastructure crumbles? Will the rate payers ever see their overpayments and will anyone be held accountable for not knowing their job? This is not the first costly malfeasance.
Maybe I missed the accountability letter from city management regarding these issues and the steps being taken to right these wrongs. Someone should be held accountable. Ooops! doesn’t cut it.
