Subject: Grocery Outlet in Sebastopol
With all the building of affordable housing in Sebastopol and additional apartment complexes, Sebastopol is in need of a Grocery Outlet. The Rite Aid building is an eyesore and would be the perfect spot for Grocery Outlet. It would be foolish to turn it down and let another store front stand idle.
Thank youDE
