Dear City of Sebastopol Mayor, Vice-Mayor and City Council Members, I strongly support keeping our key civic institutions (City Hall, Library, and Senior Center) in Downtown Sebastopol. They are key to the rich interplay of commercial, cultural and civic activities of Downtown Sebastopol . . . . rather like essential ingredients of a rich steamy broth.
So, let's keep cooking with what we've got.
And commit to keeping our civic institutions in Downtown Sebastopol.
And then let's begin using our creative imagining capacities to begin addressing the needs of our civic institutions - in fiscally solid, novel and wonderful ways. We've got this! Thanks for your kind attention and for all that you do.

PS: It is worth noting that the 2016 General Plan's Policy LU7-2 specifically emphasizes that the city should “Maintain the Downtown as a focal point for West County- serving commercial, civic, and cultural uses”. (Emphasis, mine.)
