I mainly use the library and the Senior Center. We do need new spaces for that. I was surprised to find the library was built with no moisture barriers. The O’Reilly Building is definitely new enough to not need many changes to make sure it is in code. The parking is great. The cost does not concern me because not much needs to be done. I assume that the restaurant level kitchen could be moved from the Senior Center to the new building as needed.
As for needs, the library of course, the Senior Center. (Just make sure the free bus line goes to the O’Reilly Building) I can see preschools and daycares being added to the space. The Senior Center would have more room for Bridge and Mah Jong and other games and activities.
