Dear Council and City Manager,
It's been several weeks since a date was chosen for a formal response to the Sonoma County Grand Jury's report regarding Sebastopol's mismanagement of enterprise funds and neglect of water and sewer system maintenance.
Could we please have an update about any progress made since then towards drafting that response ? It would be a shame if ratepayers have only a few days to review the contents of a draft before it before our council approves it.
