Dear Sebastopol City Council,
The Final Report on the Commons has been principally favoring one alternative, moving the Senior Center, Library and City Hall to the O’Reilly Media site without an adequate feasibility assessment and public input.
What is needed now is a feasibility asessment of both options: increasing the square footage and reuse of the City-owned properties downtown versus the O’Reilly Media site. This should then be followed by town hall meetings to discuss these two options informed by a feasibility assessment comparing the advantages and disatvantages of both alternatives.
