CALL TO ORDER: Mayor McLewis called the meeting to order 5:30 p.m.

Adjournment of Closed Session: Mayor McLewis adjourned the closed session at 8:05 pm.
Convene Open Session of the Special City Council Meeting: Mayor McLewis reconvened the City Council open session at 8:06 pm.
REPORT OUT:
• City received a request from Crown Castle requesting modification to their lease agreement for the cell tower at City Hall; Council met in closed session to discuss modified terms and denied the request. • City Council directed staff to bring forward an agenda item on Oct 6th to discuss the expansion of the EFOC to include CPA and bring forward an item on at the October 20 Council meeting to address the EFOC recommendation regarding the Syserco Loan and consider immediate adjustment of Enterprise Fund cost allocations for: the City Council; City Manager; City Clerk; and Administrative Services pending completion of an updated Cost Allocation Plan.
Adjournment of Special Meeting: Mayor McLewis adjourned the Special Meeting at 8:08pm. The September 14, 2026 City Council Closed Session was adjourned to the City Council Regular City Council Meeting of Tuesday September 15, 2026 at 6:00 pm at Sebastopol Youth Annex, 425 Morris Street, Sebastopol, CA.
