I am writing the council with a great degree of frustration and anger. The issue of smoke from A&M was brought to the council over a year ago with a request that our zoning law be followed. As a retired PhD the toxicologist and as someone with emphysema, I know how insidious the particulates from wood smoke can damage the lung. I have had to modify the amount of time I can spend in my garden. Have suffered extreme heat in my home when I can't open my windows, have incurred expenses trying to purify my indoor air and most recently having to get a lawyer involved. I urge the council to follow the law and serve the people of the surrounding neighborhood as the public servants you are. Think about how you would feel if this was impacting you and your families
