Noteworthy Information

1. Plans have been submitted for the Barlow Hotel, and we have officially started working through the plan check process. The submittals include the demolition plans for the existing building, as well s the batch plant parking lot, along with the actual plans for the hotel. We are looking at something around eight weeks to get through the plan check process.

2. Habitat units (four) have all been completed and are occupied.

3. PG&E has finally gotten power to the Canopy Project this week, so move in should start in about two weeks. We still have not finaled any units, as power is required before any final inspections, but I anticipate doing finals next week with move ins the following week. Five units sold to date.

4. We are wrapping up the Bodega Av improvements in front of the Huntley Square project, hopefully to be completed by the end of the month. This will allow sidewalk and bike path from downtown up to Pleasant Hill AV, completing the Public Works project.

5. Gravenstein Commons has started the process of finaling the 24 units on Gravenstein North. We currently have about two thirds of the units ready for Temporary Occupancy with the remaining units to be inspected by Tuesday next week.
