AGENDA CHANGES OR DELETIONS Amendment to item number two (2), Potential Litigation Pursuant to Government Code § 54956.9, add an additional case; discussion related to two (2) potential cases rather than one (1). Matter was brought to attention of City Attorney after agenda publication.
Action on Agenda Change: A motion was made by Council Member Avalos to approve additional case being added to item number two (2) of closed session agenda. Motion was seconded by Council Member Oceguera.
