December 14, 2021
A Regular Meeting of the Successor Agency was held via video/teleconference on December 14, 2021 pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 54953 (as amended by AB 361).

PUBLIC BUSINESS FROM THE FLOOR ON ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THE AGENDA There was no public business from the floor.
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REPORT
Adopt Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule – July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023 (ROPS FY 22-23AB) Chief Administrative Officer introduced Economic Development Manager who presented the staff report.
Member Woods asked a question regarding ROPS FY 22-23AB.
Economic Development Manager addressed the question posed by Member Woods.
Chair Jones invited the public to comment on the agenda item.
There was no public comment.
It was moved by MEMBER WOODS and seconded by VICE CHAIR HANSEN to waive further reading and adopt Resolution No. 2021-12-57 adopting a Recognized Obligation Payment Schedule (ROPS) FY 22-23AB pursuant to Health and Safety Code §34177 and transmitting the ROPS FY 22-23AB to the Los Angeles County 4th Supervisorial District Consolidated Oversight Board for its review and approval.
City Attorney read the title of Resolution No. 2021-12-57, entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A RECOGNIZED OBLIGATION PAYMENT SCHEDULE (ROPS) FY 22-23AB PURSUANT TO HEALTH AND SAFETY CODE §34177 AND TRANSMITTING THE ROPS FY 22-23AB TO THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY 4TH SUPERVISORIAL DISTRICT CONSOLIDATED OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR ITS REVIEW AND APPROVAL The following vote resulted:

ADJOURNMENT OF CITY COUNCIL AS SUCCESSOR AGENCY
It was moved by VICE CHAIR HANSEN and seconded by MEMBER WOODS to adjourn tonight's meeting to the next regular meeting of the Signal Hill City Council as Successor Agency to be held on Tuesday, January 11, 2022, at 7:00 p.m. via video/teleconference. Instructions to participate in the meeting will be provided on the meeting agenda. There will be no regular meeting of the City Council as Successor Agency on Tuesday, December 28, 2021.
