following process.
a) During the “New Business” portion of the agenda, provide a brief explanation of the item and request support for the item to be placed on a future agenda. b) If any other Legislative Body member voices support to place the item on a future agenda, it will be listed on the next agenda under “City Manager Reports.” At the subsequent meeting, the City Council will have the opportunity to discuss the merits of the item and whether it should be placed on a future agenda for final action.
