PROCEDURES RELATIVE TO PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. At the request of the Mayor, the City Clerk reports on the Form of Notice given:
Notice was published in the Signal Tribune newspaper on June 10 and June 17, 2022.
Notice was posted in accordance with Signal Hill Municipal Code Section 1.08.010 at City Hall, Discovery Well Park, Reservoir Park and Signal Hill Public Library on or before June 10, 2022.
2. Mayor asks for a staff report, which shall be included in written materials presented to the City Council so that they can be received into evidence by formal motion.
3. Mayor declares the public hearing open.
4. Mayor invites those persons who are in favor of the resolution to speak.
5. Mayor invites those persons who are in opposition to the resolution to speak.
6. Mayor declares the public hearing closed.
7. Discussion by City Council only.
8. City Clerk conducts Roll Call vote.
