Notice of Monsanto Class Action Settlement with Monsanto for its production of polychlorinated biphenyls (“PCBs”) and PCB-containing products which contaminated stormwater, runoff, sediment, and bodies of water in thousands of localities (Case Name: City of Long Beach et al. v. Monsanto Company et al.
U.S. District Court, Central District of California Case Number: 2:16-CV-03493).
Recommendation:
Recess prior to adjournment of tonight’s meeting in order to conduct a closed session.
