RESOLUTION 2022-08-6705
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-23 WHEREAS, the City Council approves the appropriation of funds for the purpose stated below.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. To authorize budget adjustment 23-005 of the FY 2022-23 Budget as follows:
Purpose: The budget adjustment consists of $140,000 of value contributions to the project per Conservation Corps of Long Beach’s original contract that were not directly applied to the original contract value and $50,000 contract price amendment to Anderson Penna/Ardurra for additional construction management. The total budget adjustment is $190,000.
