CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED SEPTEMBER 27, 2022
Summary:
The Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments and project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the following criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:
· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating Budget; · Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and · City Manager has reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined processing.
Three Change Orders are being presented for City Council consideration. The requested funds are within the amount authorized by City Council at the time of award.
Recommendation:
Authorize the Contract Amendment Register dated September 27, 2022.
Fiscal Impact:
Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted Fiscal Year 2022-23 Operating Budget.
Strategic Plan Objective:
Goal No. 6: Promote a transparent and open government.
