VERIFICATION OF QUORUM FOR MEETINGS OF NOVEMBER 22, 2022 AND DECEMBER 27, 2022
Summary:
Staff is seeking verification whether a quorum will be present for the regular City Council meetings of November 22, 2022 due to potential scheduling conflicts with the fall holiday season and December 27, 2022 due to potential scheduling conflicts with the winter holiday season.
Recommendation:
Determine whether a quorum of the City Council will be present for the regular meeting of November 22, 2022 and the regular meeting of December 27, 2022.
Fiscal Impact:
There is no fiscal impact associated with the recommended action. Warrants scheduled to be issued on these meeting dates will be processed as usual and will be presented for Council approval at the following meeting.

Background and Analysis:
The second regular meeting of the City Council in November is scheduled for Tuesday, November 22, 2022. The second regular meeting of the City Council in December is scheduled for Tuesday, December 27, 2022.
