A separate Agreement was in place with another vendor to provide IT support service for City Hall. On November 14, 2017, the City Council authorized the City Manager to execute Amendment No.1 of the agreement between the City of Signal Hill and TNS to consolidate IT system maintenance and support services under one service provider. The current contract with TNS is set to expire on December 1, 2022.
