A Special Meeting of the Signal Hill City Council was held in-person and via video/teleconference on January 3, 2023 pursuant to the provisions of Government Code Section 54953 (as amended by AB 361).
(1) CALL TO ORDER – 5:31 P.M.

The meeting is adjourned at 6:27 p.m. to the regular meeting of the Signal Hill City Council to be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. (hybrid meeting format, including in-person, and video and teleconference participation options).
