FIRST AMENDMENT TO RIGHT-OF-ENTRY PERMIT NO. P-00318
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO RIGHT-OF-ENTRY PERMIT NO. P-00318 (“First Amendment”) is made as of September 1, 2023 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF LONG BEACH, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and the CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, a California municipal corporation (“Permittee”).
WHEREAS, City and Permittee (the “Parties”) entered into Right-of-Entry Permit No. P00318 (the “Permit”) whereby City granted Permittee the temporary right to occupy approximately 60,225 square feet of certain real property (APN 7215-002-271) owned by City and located within the City of Signal Hill, California more particularly depicted on Exhibit “A” and legally described in Exhibit “B”, attached to the Permit (the “Premises”); and WHEREAS, the Parties desire to extend the term;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual terms and conditions in the Permit and this Amendment, the Parties agree as follows:
1. The term of the Permit is hereby extended for an additional one (1) year period commencing on September 1, 2023, and ending on August 31, 2024. The term may be extended for two (2) additional one-year periods upon the mutual agreement of City and Permittee.
2. Except as amended by this Amendment, the Permit remains unchanged and in full force and effect.
3. This Amendment shall be effective as of the date executed by City.
