CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED SEPTEMBER 12, 2023
Summary:
The Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments and project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the following criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:
· Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted fiscal year Operating Budget. · Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date; and · City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined processing.
The contract amendments being presented for City Council consideration are as follows:
Cyrun Inc: Provides the Police Department Records Management Software (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch Software. Amendment No. 4 adds the additional service of the RIPA Module allowing for data collection per AB 953 regulations, extends the term by one year through August 23, 2024, and revises the not-to-exceed contract amount to $603,000.00.
HdL Companies: Business License Tax Operations Management services. Amendment No. 1 extends the term by two years through September 21, 2025 Recommendation:
Authorize the Contract Amendment Register dated September 12, 2023.
Fiscal Impact:
Funds have been authorized as part of the adopted FY 2023-2024 Operating Budget.
