A Special Meeting of the Signal Hill City Council was held in-person in the Council Chamber on December 5, 2023.

a. PRESENTATION - CIVIC CENTER MASTER PLAN PRELIMINARY DESIGN
OPTIONS
Donna Harris commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
Sonia Savoulian commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
Bozwena Zaworski commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
Judie Johnson commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
Mary Strauss commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
Pam Dutch-Hughes commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
Diana Phillips commented on the Civic Center Master Plan.
City Council directed staff to proceed with Phase 1 of the Civic Center Master Plan, focusing on the Campus design for Phase 1; and directed staff to return to City Council with a conceptual plan and funding options. (6) COUNCIL AGENDA--NEW BUSINESS
Council Member Wilson announced the Daisy Parade on Saturday, December 9 at 5:00 p.m.
Mayor Hansen announced the Mayor's reception immediately following the City Council meeting on December 12.
(7) ADJOURNMENT
It was moved by COUNCIL MEMBER WILSON and seconded by VICE MAYOR WOODS, to adjourn tonight's meeting to the next regular Signal Hill City Council meeting on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. There will be no Signal Hill City Council meeting on December 26, 2023.
MAYOR HANSEN adjourned the meeting at 7:59 p.m.
