RESOLUTION 2024-02-xxxx
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE ADOPTED BUDGET AND AUTHORIZING BUDGET APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2023-24 FOR THE EMERGENCY REPAIRS RESULTING FROM THE 2024 WINTER STORM DAMAGE IN THE AMOUNT OF $800,000 WHEREAS, the City Council approves the appropriation of funds for the purpose stated below.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. To authorize budget adjustment 24-007 of the FY 2023-24 Budget as follows:
Purpose: Winter Storm 2024 Emergency Repairs – Panorama Promenade and Molino and 20th Street Fund Dept Object Project No Description Amount
400 40 5895 80.24002 2024 Winter Storm Emergency
Repairs (Panorama)- PARK $600,000
400 40 5894 90.24017 2024 Winter Storm Damage
(Molino)- STREET $200,000
Funding Source Transfer:
113 99 7939 Transfer to Capital Projects ($800,000)
400 00 6946 Transfer from CIP Reserve $800,000
Section 2. To add the above-referenced adjustments to the Budget Adjustment Status Report (Exhibit A).
