RESOLUTION NO. 2024-05-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PLAN SPECIFICATIONS FOR SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT NO. 90.24007 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN CJ CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL WHEREAS, on the 9th day of September 26, 2023, the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, entered into a contract with CJ Concrete Construction, Incorporated for the Sidewalk Repair Project (Project No. 90.24007); and NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That work required to be completed By CJ Concrete Construction Incorporated has been completed for the Sidewalk Repair Project (Project No. 90.24007) has been completed on February 12, 2024, and that the total cost of said work is in the amount of $75,471.00.
Section 2. That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 3. It is further ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed on behalf of the Agency, in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles within ten (10) days of the date of this resolution.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the contract heretofore awarded by the Signal Hill City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, to CJ Concrete Construction, Incorporated that was the company thereon for doing the following work, to wit:
SIDEWALK REPAIR PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 90.24007) IN THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN CJ CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL.
That said work, located in the City of Signal Hill’s public right of way, was completed on February 12, 2024, by said company according to the scope of work outlined in the contract and to the satisfaction of the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, and that said work was accepted by the City Council of the City of Signal Hill at a regular meeting held on the 14th day of May 2024, by Resolution No. 2024-05-XXXX (see Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof).
