RESOLUTION NO. 2024-07-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PLAN SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 33RD STREET WATER MAIN REPLACMENT PROJECT (PROJECT NO. 95.22003), IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN TTS ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL WHEREAS, on the 14th day of November 2023, the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, entered into a contract with TTS, Incorporated, for the 33rd Street Water Main Replacement Project; and NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That work required to be completed by TTS Engineering for the 33rd Street Water Main Replacement Project has been completed on June 27th, 2024, and that the total cost of said work is in the amount of $2,446,811.50.
Section 2. That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 3. It is further ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed on behalf of the Agency, in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles within ten (10) days of the date of this resolution.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the contract heretofore awarded by the Signal Hill City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, to TTS Engineering that was the company thereon for doing the following work, to wit:
33rd STREET WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN TTS ENGINEERING, INCORPORATED AND THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL.
That said work, located in the City of Signal Hill’s public right of way, was completed on June 27, 2024, by said company according to the scope of work outlined in the contract and to the satisfaction of the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, and that said work was accepted by the City Council of the City of Signal Hill at a regular meeting held on the 23rd day of July 2024, by Resolution No. 2024-07-XXXX (see Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof).
