CONTRACT AMENDMENT REGISTER DATED NOVEMBER 12, 2024
Summary:
The Contract Amendment Register is a listing of proposed contract amendments and project change orders eligible for streamlined processing based upon the following criteria as documented in the City’s Purchasing Policy:
· The City Council authorized funds with the adopted fiscal year Operating Budget · Staff are satisfied with the goods/services received to date, and · The City Manager reviewed and approved each amendment for streamlined processing.
There is one contract amendment for City Council consideration as follows:
1) Cyrun, Incorporated: Provides the Police Department Records Management Software (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch Software, along with the Racial and Identity Profiling Act (RIPA) of 2015, Module allowing for data collection perAssembly Bill 953 regulations. The proposed Fifth Amendment is retroactive to August 23, 2024, extends the term by one year through August 23, 2025, and revises the not-to-exceed contract amount to $669,000.

Goal No. 2 Community Safety: Maintain community safety by supporting public safety services and increasing emergency preparedness.
Recommendation:
Authorize the Contract Amendment Register dated November 12, 2024.

Fiscal Impact:
The City Council has authorized funding as part of the adopted Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Operating Budget related to the proposed contract amendment.
