RESOLUTION NO. 2025-02-XXXX
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, CALIFORNIA, DECLARING WORK TO BE COMPLETED IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE PLAN SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE PLAYGROUND SURFACE REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN SPECTRASYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, DBA SPECTRA TURF AND THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL WHEREAS, on the 24th day of September 2024, the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, entered into a contract with Spectrasytems, Incorporated, dba Spectraturf, for the Playground Surface Replacement Project; and NOW THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. That work required to be completed by Spectrasystems, Incorporated, dba Spectraturf for the Playground Surface Replacement Project has been completed on January 8th, 2025, and that the total cost of said work is in the amount of $132,625.00.
Section 2. That the work is hereby accepted and approved.
Section 3. It is further ordered that a Notice of Completion be filed on behalf of the Agency, in the Office of the County Recorder of the County of Los Angeles within ten (10) days of the date of this resolution.

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the contract heretofore awarded by the Signal Hill City Council of the City of Signal Hill, California, to Spectrasytems, Incorporated, dba Spectraturf that was the company thereon for doing the following work, to wit:
PLAYGROUND SURFACE REPLACEMENT PROJECT IN THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CONTRACT ENTERED INTO BETWEEN SPECTRASYTEMS, INCORPORATED, DBA SPECTRATURF AND THE CITY OF SIGNAL HILL.
That said work, located in the City of Signal Hill, was completed on January 8, 2025, by said company according to the scope of work outlined in the contract and to the satisfaction of the City Council of the City of Signal Hill, and that said work was accepted by the City Council of the City of Signal Hill at a regular meeting held on the 11th day of February 2025, by Resolution No. 2025-02-XXXX (see Exhibit “A” attached hereto and made a part hereof).
