NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by City of Signal Hill (“City”), which on or about on March 11, 2025 entered into a contract with Gentry General Engineering, Inc. (“Direct Contractor”), whose address is 320 W. Tropica Rancho Road, Colton, CA 92324, for construction of the public work of Sidewalk Repair Project No. 90.25007 (“Project”) on the real property owned by the City located at City of Signal Hill’s public right of way, as follows:
A. The City accepted the Project on August 26, 2025.
B. That the nature of the interest of the undersigned is as an interest in fee in the above-described real property.
C. That the name and address of the undersigned owner of the above-described property is:
