78 City of Signal Hill
Districting 2026
Public Participation Kit Each number indicates the total population of that "population unit" area. Each district must have
essentially equal population. In a four-district map,
each district must be close to 2,978, with no more
than a 298 difference between the largest and
smallest. In a five-district map, each district must
be close to 2,382, with no more than a 238
difference between the largest and smallest.

On the back or in your email submission, please
describe what geographic, socio-economic, and/or
policy concerns define your districts.

You may submit more than one map. When
finished, please submit your map to the City Clerk.

You can hand-deliver or mail your map to City Hall,
or simply take a photo and email it to the City at
[email protected]
An online version of this
map that allows you to
zoom in and out for more
detail is available as a link
from the City website.
