SUBJECT: APPROVE A FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE APRIL 1, 2020 CONTRACT
WITH TRUMAN ARNOLD TO PURCHASE UNLEADED AND DIESEL
FUEL FOR CITY VEHICLES; AND APPROVE A SUPPLEMENTAL
BUDGET REQUEST FOR FUND 100 IN THE AMOUNT OF $95,000
Subsequent to the preparation of the subject staff report, new invoices were received with increased prices for both diesel and gasoline. Based on the latest fuel costs, the original Supplemental Budget Request for both the Police Department and the Department of Public Works is insufficient and needs to be revised to $131,000 for Public Works and $55,000 for the Police Department for a total Fund 100 increase of $186,000.
