ubsequent to the preparation of th e staff report, it was noted that on Attachment A, Boards, Commissions, and Committees List, Mayor Pro Tem Litster’s appointment month and year to the Ventura County Waterworks District No. 8 , the Simi Valley Industrial Development Authority, the Simi Valley Library Board of Trustees, and the Simi Valley Public Facilities Financing Authority was entered as December 2026. The correct date of appointment was December 2025.
