Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a),(d)(1)
National Prescription Opiate Litigation
Proposed Opioid Settlement – Teva, Allergan, Walmart, Walgreens and CVS United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio Case No. 1-17-MD-02804 ACTION: By unanimous vote, the City Council agreed to take part in the National Opioid Settlement Agreements and authorize the City Manager to execute any and all forms and/or participation agreements.
