At this time any member of the public may address the City Council on items not appearing on the agenda and items of interest to the public that are within the jurisdiction of the Council. In order to assist the City in both conducting efficient and orderly meetings and keeping accurate meeting records, we request that you complete A public comment card. The public comment card should be filled out completely to ensure the speaker is called upon to give comment. However, use of a card is optional and is not required to provide public comment. Public comments are generally limited to three (3) minutes; the mayor may further limit the time for public comments depending on the agenda schedule. Please be brief and to the point. No action or discussion shall be taken on an item not appearing on the agenda.

The City Clerk will read email comments, provided that the reading shall not exceed three (3) minutes. The email comments submitted shall become part of the record.
