Items of business may be added to the agenda upon a motion adopted by a minimum 2/3 vote finding that there is a need to take immediate action and that the need for action came to the attention of the City subsequent to the agenda being posted. Items may be deleted from the agenda upon request of staff or upon action of the Council.
At this time any member of the public may address the City Council on items not appearing on the agenda and items of interest to the public that are within the jurisdiction of the Council. A public comment card should be filled out completely to ensure the speaker is called upon to give comment. Resolution No. 6265, A Resolution of the City Council of the City Of Soledad Approving a Contract for Construction Services with Blanca’s Construction, Inc., in an Amount of $544,507 Plus a 5% Contingency for a Total not to Exceed Amount Of $571,733 for the Soledad ERF Interim Housing Site and Authorizing the City Manager or Designee to Execute Said Contract on Behalf of the City of Soledad

Resolution No. 6266, A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Soledad Authorizing the City Manager to Execute Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with Benitez Security Services, Inc., Extending the Contract Term Through September 28, 2025, and Increasing the Total Contract Amount to an Amount Not to Exceed $100,224 VII. FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS
