Mayor Uhrig called the meeting to order at 3:05 p.m.

Present: Mayor Charlie Uhrig, Mayor pro tem Mark Infanti; Councilmembers Robert Clarke, Claudia Orona, Jim Thomas Staff: City Attorney David Fleishman, City Clerk Annamarie Porter

PUBLIC COMMUNICATIONS ON CLOSED SESSION
There were no public communications on Closed Session items.
RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Uhrig recessed to Closed Session at 3:07 p.m.
PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT
Title: Interim City Manager
RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION
Mayor Uhrig reconvened from Closed Session at 3:42 p.m.
ANNOUNCEMENT OF CLOSED SESSION ACTIONS
City Attorney David Fleishman reported that he had been appointed as Interim City Manager for the sole limitation of executing checks to continue operations of the City until an Interim City Manager is appointed.
ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Uhrig adjourned the meeting at 3:43 p.m.
