1. CONVENE AND CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Gurney called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m.

2. CONSENT CALENDAR - CITY COUNCIL
Item 2.1: Conduct a Special Session to Discuss City Council Goals and Priorities Topics of discussion may include:

Action: Council had discussions and provided direction.
Mayor Gurney called for a recess at 9:40 a.m.; Council reconvened at 9:54 a.m.
Public Comment: Jessica Misuraca, Gina Cuclis, Josette Brose-Eichar, David Eichar, Mario Castillo, Patricia Cullinan, Calum Weeks, Caitlyn Cornwall, Richard Dale, Cedra Nathan, Bonnie Brown, David Morell, Claudia Robbins, Donna Dambach, Ron Goldman, Carol Marcus, Mark Bodenheimer, Robin Sebastiani, Tim Zahner, Howard Zapper, Jim McFadden and Iris Lombard.
Mayor Gurney called for a recess at 11:51 a.m.; Council reconvened at 12:15 a.m.
