CONVENE, CALL TO ORDER, & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Gurney called the meeting to order at 9:00 pm.
1. CALL TO ORDER
PRESENT: Mayor Gurney, Vice Mayor Farrar—Rivas, Council Member Wellander, Council Member Lowe, and Council Member Ding
2. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
7 Item 2.1: Review, Discussion, and Direction Regarding the Proposed FY 2024/25 Operating General Fund Budget, Capital Improvement Plan, and Other City-Wide Fund Budgets the City of Sonoma (David Guhin, City Manager and Steve Montano, Special Adviser, BakerTilly)
Action: Council had discussions and provided direction to Staff.
Public Comment: Maria Barakat
Council Member Ding provided a Fair Political Practice Commission (FPPC) Conflict of Interest Disclosure, stating that he has no ?nancial interest in Sonoma Overnight Support and, therefore has no conflict of interest.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Gurney adjourned the meeting at 3:31 pm.
