CONVENE, CALL TO ORDER, & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Gurney called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Mayor Gurney, Vice Mayor Farrar-Rivas, Council Member Wellander, Council Member Lowe, Chair Barnett, Vice Chair Barbose, Commissioner Dambach, Commissioner O’Neill,Commissioner Willers, and Commissioner Nugent.

2. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Item 2.1: Continuation of the City Council and Planning Commission discussion on the General Plan Update from June 5, 2024, Special Meeting. (Jennifer Gates, AICP, Community Development Director)
Action: Discussion was had, and direction was given to Staff.
Council Member Ding arrived at 6:29 pm.
Public Comment: Connie Schlelein, Iris Lombard, Ann Colichidas, Sedra Shapiro-Nathan, and Kaitlyn Cornwell.
Vice Mayor Farrar—Rivasdisclosed that she sits on the Board of the Sonoma Ecology Center.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Gurney adjourned the meeting at 7:57 pm.
