Mayor Gurney called the meeting to order at 2:01 pm.

Council Member Ding arrived at 2:05 pm.
Item 2.1: Receive presentation and continuation of the City Council and Planning Commission discussion on the General Plan Land Use from June 5 and June 25 2024 Special Meetings and Planning Commission Meeting on August 22, 2024.
Public Comment: Donna Dambach, Fred Allebach, Connie Schlelein, Kathleen Murphy, Adrienne Lase, Eric Larson, Kim Pack, Lisa Waits, Tim Freeman, John Donnelly, Armando Zimmerman, Kelsey Maddox, Kaitlyn Cornwall, Cathy Weber, Bonnie Brown, and BillWillers.
