CONVENE, CALL TO ORDER, & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE
Mayor Wellander called the meeting to order at 12:13 pm.

Item 2.1: Conduct a Special Session to Discuss City Council Goals and Priorities Topics of discussion may include: . 2026Goals and Priorities Action: A special session was held to discuss City Council goals and priorities for 2026.
Verbal Public Comment: Mark Bodenhamer, Tom Conlon, Rich Hodges, Connie Schlelein, Tim Zahner, Robert Demler, Jane Hanson, Julian Mackie, Erin McTaggert, and Mike Menefee.
Written Public Comment Read by Mayor Wellander: Sonoma Ecology Center, Judith Freeman, Dan Vell, and Sheryl Shoemack.
A break was taken from 1:45 pm. to 2:03 pm.
The following were agreed upon as the five (5) overachieving goals of the City Council for the 2026 calendar year: . Housing . Parks, Arts, Recreation & Community (PARC) Services . Economic Development/Financial Stability . Sonoma Valley Regional Partnerships, Unification, Immigration Support and Annexations . Climate Mitigation and Adaptation
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wellander adjourned the meeting at 4:50 pm.
