Mayor Wellander called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.

Code § 54956.9(d)(1)) - The City Council Finds, Based on Advice from Legal Counsel, that Discussion in Open Session willPrejudice the Position of the Local Agency in the Litigation. 0 Name of Case: CARLA v. City of Sonoma . Names of Parties or Claimants: Petitioners California Renters Legal Advocacy and Education Fund, San Francisco Bay Area Renters Federation, Victoria Fierce, Sonja Trauss, 227 Brazil Development LLC, 228 Brazil Development LLC, and N. William Jasper, Jr., Individually and as Trustee of the N.W. Jasper Jr. 2004 lrrevocable Trust. Respondents City of Sonoma and Sonoma City Council .
