1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wellander called the meeting to order at 9:15 am.
2. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Item 2.1 : General Fund Reserve Policy (Cristine Alilovich, Interim City Manager) Action: Council provided direction to Staff.
Item 2.2: FY2026—27Budget Update and Overview (Cristine Alilovich, Interim City Manager and Ryan Kodama, Accounting Manager) Action: Council supports the budget which was proposed and provided direction to Staff.

Mayor Wellander called for a break at 10:46 am; Council reconvened at 10:57 am.
Council Member Ding announced that he has resigned from the Sonoma Overnight Support Board.
Mayor Wellander called for a break at 12:00 p. m.; Council reconvened at 12:30 pm.
Item 2.3: FY2026/27 Discretionary Funding Applications (Dave Jahns, Parks & Recreation Director) Action: Council provided direction to Staff.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wellander adjourned the meeting at 2:26 pm.
