1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Wellander called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm.
2. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Item 2.1: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957.6:
Name of City Negotiators to Attend Closed Session: Gary Phillips and Mayor Wellander Unrepresented Employee: City Manager
Action: The Council directed its negotiators regarding contract negotiations with a potential city manager. Next steps will involve another closed session or closed sessions to provide additional direction as needed while contract negotiations continue. Once those negotiations have been concluded, a contract will be presented to the council in open session for approval, at which time the selected individual will be announced.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wellander adjourned the meeting at 5:30 pm.
