Mayor Wellander called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.
2. ITEMS FOR DISCUSSION
Item 2.1: CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS - Pursuant to Government Code Sec 54957.6:
Name of City Negotiators to Attend Closed Session: Gary Phillips and Mayor Wellander Unrepresented Employee: City Manager
Action: The City has selected Cristine Alilovich to be the new permanent city manager. The employment contract will be brought for formal action at the September 2, 2026, regular city council meeting.
3. ADJOURNMENT
Mayor Wellander adjourned the meeting at 6:00 pm.
